Workshops

Start with one day.

The AI readiness workshop is one day at your office with the team that does the work, up to eight people. They leave understanding how AI works, where it adds value in their own work, and what they want to try first.

What to expect on the day.

A day we go through together. We explain, we practise side by side, and nobody gets left behind. The exercises start general, and then your team links them to its own work.

  1. What AI is, and what it is not. A clear, shared picture, in plain language.
  2. How it thinks. Why it answers the way it does, and what it has never seen: your customers, your systems, your exceptions.
  3. How to brief it. Everyone writes, runs and improves a request on one of their own repetitive tasks.
  4. The conversations to have. What your team needs to agree on before anything is bought or built.
  5. Hands-on, in pairs. Brief it, run it, check the result the way you would check a colleague’s, and note what you would trust.
  6. Where to start. Together we list the tasks that came up, who does them, and what the team wants to try first.

The day is built so your team walks out confident rather than anxious, and knowing how to get real work done with AI.

Who should be in the room.

Up to eight people who do the work. Their manager joins for the last hour, when the team shares what it wants to try first. Everyone brings a laptop, an account for the AI tool we use on the day, and one real piece of work. No experience needed. For a bigger team: two workshops, the AI programme for up to twelve, or a Kickstart for the whole room.

What your team leaves with.

  • A clear picture of what AI is, how it thinks, and when not to trust it.
  • The skill to brief it on their own tasks and check what comes back.
  • A feel for where AI fits naturally into their processes and daily work.
  • A shortlist of tasks the team wants to try first.
  • An honest view from us on what comes next. That can also be: nothing yet.

Whatever you decide next, what your team learned stays with them.

Four other ways to start.

  • AI Kickstart

Four hours, any room size. General, or focused on one function such as customer service or marketing. Up to 25 people it is a hands-on workshop; above that, a talk that gets everyone on the same page.

  • AI in Practice

A full day, up to twelve people, for one function: customer service, sales, marketing, finance or operations. Built around its own work: the tasks, the small processes, and the parts of the job nobody signed up for.

  • AI Agents & Automation

A full day, up to twelve people, for teams already using AI. We check your tools before the day, so they build on what you already use or are willing to use. By the end of the day they have built one automation, and know how to specify the next.

  • The AI programme

Two days, four weeks apart, up to twelve people. In between, your team tries it on real work. The second day starts from what they tried and the questions they brought back.

Not sure which fits? We work it out with you on a free 30-minute call.

Questions.

Is this a training day?
Yes. Your team learns what AI is, how it thinks, how to brief it and which conversations to have. It starts general, and then the exercises link to their own work.
We have not started with AI at all. Is this still the right first step?
Yes. It is built for exactly that. No experience needed: the people who know the work are the people we need.
We already tried AI and it did not stick. Why would this be different?
Most attempts start with a tool and hope people follow. We start with your people: they learn what AI can do for their own work, then we look at how that work really runs, together. The tool comes last, and only if it earns its place.
What do we need to prepare?
A date, a room with one table, a screen, working wifi, and the people who do the work. Everyone brings a laptop, an account for the AI tool we use on the day, and one real piece of work.
Who from Tegron is in the room?
Michael runs the day, and his co-founder joins when that helps your team. They are also the people you work with on anything that follows.
Where do you work, and is travel included?
At your office, wherever that is. Travel in the Netherlands and Belgium is included. Anywhere else, travel is added to the quote and agreed up front. The readiness workshop is always on site. A Kickstart for more than 25 people can run online on request.
English or Dutch?
Whichever your team speaks.
What happens to what we tell you?
It stays confidential, in both directions, and is used only for your work. Anything we write down names processes, never people. If we use an AI assistant on our notes, it is a tool we name to you in writing beforehand, and never with anyone’s name in it.
Does this help with the EU AI Act?
Partly. The Act asks companies that use AI to take measures that help their people understand it. The workshop is one such measure, and the AI programme leaves a record you keep: the agenda and an action plan for the team. Whether that is enough for your company is for you and your legal adviser to decide. We train people. We do not give legal advice or confirm compliance.
Do you work with companies our size?
Yes. We work with teams and departments in knowledge work, from a company of 20 people to one of thousands: professional services, logistics, finance, legal, recruitment and marketing. The size of the company matters less than the size of the room.
What does it cost?
Every engagement has one price, agreed in writing before we start and shaped to what you need. No day rates, no surprises. On a free 30-minute call we work out what fits you, and you get a written quote after it. Book a free 30-minute call
