Getting AI to work is a people problem before it is a technology problem. We have spent our careers solving those problems inside complex organisations, across many disciplines.
We have both spent our careers inside companies: running operations, and selling to them. We kept seeing the same thing. Companies bought AI tools or hired engineers, and the people who knew the work best were never part of the decision. What got built stayed with a small team and never reached the rest. We started Tegron to do it the other way round: teach the people who do the work first, and build with them.

He leads multidisciplinary teams through big changes in how they work: not by pushing, but by helping people of every age see why the change is good for them, until they choose it themselves. Getting a team to work with AI is the same job. He runs the workshops, the assessments and the builds.
